The purpose of our workshops is to allow participants to experience the immediate effects of meditation through various meditative techniques (including breath and mantra meditations. Beginners Workshops Come along, unwind - learn to relax, and enjoy new techniques and a few hours in the company of like-minded people.
A great way to rejuvenate yourself, whatever your current experience of meditation.
Learn powerful daily meditation techniques for ongoing relaxation.
Experience different meditation techniques as you learn to increase your awareness inside. Includes guided meditations, breath meditation, focus meditations...........And much much more ! After this workshop participants will have the necessary tools & meditation support to continue a regular practise of meditation.

The day starts at 9.30am with a few gentle icebreakers before the days activities begin, there will be a break for mid morning drinks, Lunch and afternoon drinks..All food and drinks are included in the Price.
Participants will practice meditation exercises and discuss a variety of topics in an informal workshop setting. There will be space to address individual needs and questions, whilst exploring the different techniques and fine tuning the meditation practice.
After completing the Introduction to Meditation, participants are invited to attend an Advanced Mantra Meditation course.

The same as the 1 day workshop and in the 2nd day an Advance Mantra Courses Suitable for those wishing to attain deeper states of relaxation whilst gaining a profound insight into their lives. The Advanced Mantra is a powerful tool which enables the meditator to access greater space and stillness in their meditation.
Venues The venues are at the Baskerville Hall Hotel, built in 1839, where Arthur Conan Doyle learnt of the eponymous hounds. Facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, bars, games and music rooms as well as 130 acres of grounds. The courses are also available at Various venues in Herefordshire, Birmingham and Bristol
Eating & sleeping Accommodation ranges from camping and dormitories to luxurious executive rooms. Meals for course participants are set menus which include the likes of home-made soups, roast meats with vegetables and a variety of deserts. * Vegetarian options are avaliable.
Directions to The Baskerville Hall Clyro Junction 7 off M5; A4103 to Hereford; then A438 into Hay-on-Wye. Or Junction 32 off M4; take A470 north, which becomes the A438. Clyro and Baskerville Hall are to the west of Hay on the A438.
